"Harris County didn’t have a problem with basic election procedures until Democrats took over in 2018. Since then, there have been issues with lack of voting paper and equipment, inadequate training of poll workers, and failures to track the chain of custody of ballots. The blatant incompetence is deeply troubling and there must be accountability."
