Crenshaw Statement On The House Launching A Formal Impeachment Inquiry Into President Trump
WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Dan Crenshaw released the following statement in response to Speaker Pelosi’s announcement that the House will launch a formal impeach inquiry into the President:
“The Democrats’ true intentions have always been impeaching the President. It’s been a core piece of their agenda since 2016 and today they were finally honest about it.
“Opening an impeachment inquiry without having all the information is irresponsible. It’s the result of a political party blinded by their dream of taking down the President.
“We don’t impeach someone based on conjecture and hypotheticals. We don't assume the worst-case scenario before hearing the facts. Let’s talk after the transcripts are released.”
